Glass Doctor Auto of Wichita

Had a very good experience with Glass Doctor of Wichita. I got a new driver's side door window for our '22 Palisade ordered through Will and scheduled for replacement. Showed up for my appointment and the technician got right on the job and didn't take long at all. Window is OEM laminated with acoustic and solar layer just like the factory install. Debi at the front desk and Tracy were very friendly. Great customer experience and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Needed a full replacement on my front windshield and fairly quick. Before I completely cracked on the way to or from work. So I call the Glass Doctor and told them what I needed, I like the price and they got it scheduled within a week of calling. The day of the appointment everyone was very friendly/ amazing customer service. Only took about an hour from when the glass was off and to the replacement being on. Definitely recommend this as a place to check out if you’re in need of a windshield. I know I’m recommending them to my father for his cracked front windshield on his truck. But the also do headlight restoration if that’s something you need as well.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would . Very Unprofessional. Made an appointment for them to come to my home to fix my window. Paid the extra fee to have it done and made an appt. 45 mins past the scheduled appt time 2 men show up. They don’t have the tools needed to fix my window. Isn’t that there job ? How do you not come with the correct tools ? I get asked by Debbie in the office if one of the guys can “drive my car to the shop and replace the window here” ummmm No. Why would a company ask that ? So I had to reschedule for the next day. 3pm appt I get a call asking if they can come at 1pm instead of 3pm. Ok cool. They arrive 30 mins late. I highly recommend Glass Doctor! As a small business, they truly go above and beyond. My windshield had a growing crack that was getting worse by the day (you can see it in the photos I posted). Luckily, Glass Doctor came through and got it done in a timely manner They got the replacement windshield in quicker than I expected and had it installed in no time. The service was professional, timely, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about the quality of their work and their customers.
