Sai was amazing! I needed to have a busted window replaced on my daughter's car. Sai was great! When I got the model wrong he waited for me to get it together. It would still be 1.5 hours before the warehouse opened to check inventory but Sai checked as soon as they opened. The stock was available on hand and he came right away and replaced the glass. And as a bonus but the power buttons in the door back in place so now my daughter can move the seat and headrest! Sai made lemonade out on lemons for us and we are grateful! Highly recommend!
