These guys bent over backwards to fit my appointment in (due to my lack of convenience) and still paid attention to the small details like replacing my stickers and even my EZ-Pass. Dealt with several other companies before I got to them and was getting the runaround of high quotes with unnecessary bogus fees, rescheduled appointments and bad customer service. These guys were to the point, and completed the service in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. Needless to say they will be handling all of my glass needs in the future. Top notch service and pricing! We brought in a customers vehicle that had the rear window blown out. This was a special order item. Glass Routes was the only local company we called that took the time to do the research for the part needed and locate one. Install came out great and the job completed under estimate. No one really enjoys getting their car's windshield replaced, but Glass Routes made it as easy as can be! From calling to schedule, to pick up and drop off, and the replacement itself, 10/10 would recommend. I hope I don't have to go back any time soon but would in a heartbeat.
