Glenn‘s General repair is an excellent place to take your vehicle. We have 5 different vehicles that we bring over there for service and repairs including a Volvo. Glenn and his crew are amazing of how versatile they are at fixing whatever we bring to them we are so happy to have them in our area. I understand firsthand how difficult the repair business is and how frustrating it is to receive a poor review from a customer who is not sympathetic with the difficulties of all that needs to happen to keep each customer happy and satisfied. With that said, OMG! The woman answering the phone for this business is a mess. She made so many errors and each time she messed up, she gave me an attitude. I tried my best to be patient but after two months of waiting for my car, she told me that my car is NOT done and she couldn't tell me if it would be 2 more days or two more months, with an attitude. I know they are short on mechanics and I truly feel bad for them but get a new person speaking for your business. Oh, my car was there to get four new tires, a tune-up, and whatever they thou

Wow, Glenn is the best. We were in a bind with our trailer lights not working and he looked at it immediately when everyone else said it would be days before they could diagnose. He found the issue in a couple mins and fixed it to help get us on our way. We can't thank him enough.
