Glenpool Wrecker - Henryetta

I was on my way to OKC and the tread started coming off my tire, I pulled off the hwy and called roadside assistance as I didn’t have a jack, tire tool and couldn’t figure out how to lower the spare Dow from underneath. Anthony came to rescue, he was great, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He made a terrible situation a great impression. Talking to him I realized he was the assistance from a month prior in the middle of the night. He was nice, professional helpful and an all around nice guy. Y’all have a really great employee and just wanted to say thank you!!!!

I just wanted to say thank you to Anthony who helped me get my car out. He was very nice, great attitude about the situation, great service & made me feel at ease after getting stuck in a ditch. I made a mistake and locked myself out of my car. I called the local police and firefighters. They couldn’t help. Finally I got through to my insurance and they dispatched me to Glenpool wrecker! They estimated 45-60 minutes. In the meantime I called and the wrecker had to make a pit stop because the police called him to move a car off the road. We had a little bit of miscommunication and waited awhile (but we weren’t an emergency so I get it) but they were so friendly and nice. Thank you glenpool wrecker.

Jared rescued me from the side of the interstate during an ice storm and was so kind and reassuring on what was a very stressful day. I wish I also knew the name of the incredibly kind dispatcher who was so patient with finding me as I was traveling through from out of state; she made the entire process quick and succinct and they had me back on the road in under an hour. HIGHLY recommend!

I've never actually used the service but I have witnessed Anthony on a call and he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe . When it comes to changing a tire he does it efficiently and in a timely manner.. If I ever needed a tow or tire changed. I would ask for him everytime.. You can tell he takes pride in what he does .
