Jeff got to my husbands accident location quickly. He had to move the car into position to hook up for tow. Very knowledgeable. Friendly. And this was at 2:30 in the morning. Good job Jeff! Thank you for your help. A few days following the accident, he made sure to be available for us to view and photograph the vehicle.
I wasn't able to use the tow service. It was a very busy day for them. When I called I was told there would be a little wait,that they could assist me but if I needed immediate assistance,I was given another contact. I was satisfied.
VERY MEAN! I missed his call and he was yelling at me like a child.
Very unprofessional. Very rude. Has a rotten mouth. Jeff might want to watch what he says to people while he is drunk.
