Unfortunately we got a lemon from Carvana, had to search in network for a shop so that’s how I found this place. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did an amazing job installing a new touchscreen radio in the 2015 Camaro. Well it didn’t end there, the transmission started acting up also so he replaced it to. Then the window started acting up to and he fixed that also! We live about a hour and a half away and he generously offered to bring it to me once the repairs were done.

I had issues with my car misting. My car was misdiagnosed. After several repairs, I had the transmission replaced. I was still having the same issue. I took my car to another shop and had the fuel pump replaced which took care of my issue. The reason I had all of the repairs because I previously had my car serviced here and thought this was a reliable shop. The transmission started to go out after 12 months and my car started jerking while driving. Randall stated the transmission fluid was low. Then charged me $30 to add more fluid. The car appeared to be fine and 8 months after that, the car started back jerking. I took my car to another shop and was advised there was several leaks in the transmission. I took my shop back to global auto pro and was advised it will cost me $1000 for them

I just want to say from beginning to end Randall and his wife and the whole entire crew where excellent great communication great service and treated us like family even state open for us to come and pay and kept our vehicle longer because of other issues on our end, not theirs. Definitely would recommend them to anybody who has car issues not only replaced our motor with our warranty company, but made sure that other things were correct as well. Definitely will use them again if I ever have to. My husband and I are very, very satisfied with the experience overall!

He did everything I asked and more. I have realized through having work done here that a lot of people expect Global to fix everything for nothing. It’s obvious from the reviews. The vehicles I have taken were fixed in a timely manner with fair pricing. I will continue to use him. He had the opportunity to take advantage on some issues and parts I thought were faulty and took the time to show me they were not despite what another mechanic diagnosed. Saved me time and money.

We have worked with Randall for several years now and he has taken care of all of our vehicles. He is a man of integrity and treats my family like his own. He is honest with what needs to be done right now and what can wait. Our satisfaction is more of a priority than his bottom line. We were taken advantage of by other mechanics but have been very thankful for a friend sharing Randall’s with me. Finally have a mechanic and friend I can trust 100%.
