Took my Lexus in becuase I was having an issue with the turbo, they advised me in a timely manner that they had fixed the issue and the car was ready for pickup. The staff is really friendly and explained to me what the problem was. Very trustworthy, anytime I have an issue with any of my cars I will be coming here! Thank you guys!

All honesty they don’t even deserve a star. Stay as far away from this place as you can, I originally went it for an over heating issue. They told me to come in and drop the car off. Had my car for a week and when I went back, they said they weren’t sure about why it’s over heating but they flushed and took out all the air from my cooling system and made me pay $200. I went home, I know my car wasn’t perfect, but it sounded worse than what it did before I took it in. On top of that my car over heated on the way to the store and left me and my daughter stranded for 2 hours. Once I got home I found a mobile mechanic and he came by, keep in mind, I watched everything he did. We found a snapped bolt on my valve cover. All I can say is ‘WOW’! I found Global Auto Repair on Google based on their reviews. Everything I heard about them was true and Juan over delivered. He’s great at communicating. He gave a competitive quote and then stuck to it. He even did additional safety checks for me at no extra charge. He got the job done early and saved me money on having to rent a car all week. He quoted a very reasonable deadline to get the work done and then finished early. When I picked the car up I was pleasantly surprised to hear that he also offered a guarantee on his work at no extra charge. For years I’ve been looking for a good mechanic I can trust.
