Stephen is normally my service man, but kind Stephen had to leave & he referred me to another nice service person, Mitch ( short for Mikasa). Mitch, handled my replacement tire quickly & professionally. He even found that the left rear tire had been replaced a month ago. The tire had a large nail & I had lost a tremendous amount of air. Mitch also found that I had a recall on my Starter, this could be replaced at the same time I was replacing my tire. All was completed in a timely manner. I waited for the work to be done in the nice waiting room. I did not have to wait long. It was a relief to have both major items be taken care of so quickly. Both Stephen & Mitch are the Best! So happy I was able to drive on my flat tire over to Global BMW. I found that the service at Global is

My service assistant was great! Everything else was the opposite. Over paid (again) for service and left with my check engine light on… and it wasn’t on when I brought my car in. Then they attempted to charge me almost $300 to diagnose it. My car was there for days and I spent enough money you would think they would diagnose the check engine issue for a loyal customer (since 2017). After that, they attempted to charge me more money for dog hair in a loaner car. This place has become a money pit. All they care about is charging high service fees and finding any other way they can make money off of customers. Global use to be about serving the BMW community, now I don’t even know what to call it. It’s truly saddening!

I like these guys. I’m usually with Mr. Torres - he’s excellent. Their use of technology to schedule appointments and keep you informed throughout service is pretty good. The service techs are friendly, sharp and try to find ways to make sure you are getting good value for your money and not getting unnecessary maintenance. They’re pretty fast, the time estimates are accurate, and they clean the car and bring it back after service. If you plan ahead you can get a loaner car for maintenance work that takes over a certain period of time, and I’ve never been shortchanged with a loaner car that felt like a downgrade. It’s generally more expensive than independent repair shops, but I’ve never had an issue with billing or been charged anything I’d consider unfair. Plus you get all the extras a

Dear BMW Customer Service, I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience with my BMW i4. After experiencing a flat tire, I contacted BMW Roadside Assistance, and I must commend the team for their prompt and efficient service—the tow truck arrived within 45 minutes, and the overall process was smooth and professional. However, there was some miscommunication regarding the policy on where my vehicle could be dropped off for service. As many customers are aware, BMW’s tire replacement costs are significantly higher than most third-party providers such as Discount Tire or Tires Plus. Initially, I was informed that BMW could offer a price match for tire replacement. Unfortunately, once it was confirmed that Discount Tire’s price was nearly half of BMW’s quoted cost, this co

I’m writing to share positive feedback regarding my recent service visit and to specifically recognize Juan Carlos for his outstanding professionalism and customer care. When I arrived for my appointment, I unfortunately experienced a period of waiting where I was not acknowledged or assisted for approximately 20 minutes. As a very frequent customer of this dealership, this was unusual and understandably frustrating. I was honestly debating whether I would return for future service. Juan completely turned that experience around. He was punctual, attentive, and immediately took ownership of assisting me. He thoroughly explained what my vehicle needed, clearly distinguishing between urgent concerns and items that could wait, which I truly appreciated because it allowed me to stay within m
