Horrible. Cars been leaking oil since I got it. Been in the shop 3 times still isnt fixed was told they would get it fixed and now the business is closing down !!!!

I want everyone to know that they are shooting down December 31 and they are refusing to fix the dead junk cars they sell they sold me a lemon and it been in the car twice now and I’ve only had it maybe three weeks now and it’s now leaking coolant and burning oil and justice cause they are closing down the are refusing to fix it and I told them I don’t want it fixed I either won’t my money back or put into a different car cause this car ain’t gonna make it and they refused that to cause they are closing down and straight up told me I’m stuck with it now cause they are closing so I said my only option is filling bankruptcy and the guy says if you want to will I’m gonna get with my attorney and see if we can go after you before you close how about that

This place is a joke. We bought a car 3 weeks ago drove it 6 days and the rest of the time it’s been in the shop! No one seems to want to help and they want to leave the car sitting for days without looking at it! we are bout to be contacting an attorney and hopefully this place will fix the issue before it gets to that point

This place Is amazing . I was in a bind,car less so I was needing a car quick. Working in the medical field without a car can get challenging !Anyway they was able to get me in a ride of my choice with just a little money down.I won't say exactly what I put down but it was less the 500 I put down wild right. A few times I have had trouble keeping up with payment s but these people have literally worked with me to help keep me in my car. These guys are the best guys around and that I have ever worked with. You need a ride see these people . Carrie, Laura those ladies are amazing along with a few other workers there I m so happy I chose them!!! I will forever be greatful!!!

I purchased a car on 9-20-2023 I drove it home and when I got there noticed a loud roaring noise in the front end, popping noise, and a site tick in the motor. The gentleman that sold me the car told me I could take it to any glockner near me to have it looked at. That was lie number 1.. so I called back and explained that the others wouldn’t look at the car cause it was a Kia ect. I was told we will fix the car at no cost to you and we will send someone to pick it up. Cool thank you. They finally come get the car on Tuesday 10-21 I called on Thursday to see if they had made any progress on the car and Jimmy tells me I’ll have to find out where it’s at I’m not sure where they took it to and I’ll call you back.
