Worst service possible. Rejected a sticker because they wanted to do work to the truck when nothing was wrong then was made to pay $15 for labor when all they did was drive it and start it up about 10 times.

$170 to have 4 tires mounted & balanced.. am freaking outraged with their price gouging.. do not go there is my advice

This would be the second time I have gone to these guys for a tire rotation, balance, and alignment. Only this time I took my truck to them with a lift kit on it and was concerned about the job being done right because others told me they were not equipped to do the job. Glotfelty assured me they could do the job and do it right. When I got my truck back it drove straight as an arrow and the steering wheel no longer shook. Thanks guys!

Took my Tahoe for an alignment and the guy told me that my lower control arm broke, that the ball joint fell out of it because it was so bad. My brother hauled it back to our house, jacked it up and checked it out, come to find out the guy just took it apart, pressed the ball joint out of the control arm, and proceeded to tell us it was broken so he couldn't do the alignment and for us to "be careful on the way home". FYI just because me and my boyfriend are a young couple doesn't mean we know nothing about cars or that you can try to scam more money out of us. 0/10 stars very upsetting and disgusting
