Great customer service and great quality work. Very reasonable timing start to finish as well. The insurance company approval is the only thing we waited on. I called around before reaching Glover. The lady answering the phone was very polite & informative. She is probably the face of the company (phone & in person) and she represents Glover very well. Glover always answered the phone or called me back when I called with questions. It seemed like she remember me when I called, which is personable and good customer service.
