What a horrible experience. I reserved a vehicle on an app the day before. Chatted with personnel to confirm I would come the next day. I arrived and was told the vehicle isn’t available, in fact even said it wouldn’t be available until the next day. Then said, to be honest it probably be a few days. I was offered another vehicle and was told that was the only vehicle available. I got in the car, when I turned on AC, it smelled like someone regurgitated inside car. The inside of car was dirty in few places inside vehicle. I was upset and contacted the app customer service and they told me to return it and I could go somewhere else. stay away from this company, every one working there have its own issue, not caring about the helping the customers, let you stay in cold outside and they didn't let stay inside. it was first time to deal with this company for car rental, i get this company through HYRECAR application for car rental, when i booked my specific car the one they have on their list, they give the most damaged car they have[ broken seats, scratch every where, hanging pump, broken light, and one seat missing from the third row seat] when i called the customers services for HYRECAR , they told me thy have an issues with this company always. just wasting time

The cars don’t have Insurance don’t rent from them they are a huge scam they rent out broken cars which have issues the owner Gene he always yelling and screaming at the employees there They have tlc plates which you can’t work uber or Lyft with them

I Been Trying Tooo Get In Contact With The Owner For A Whole Night , He Never Calls Me , You Can Never Get in Contact With Anyone & They Will Shut Your Car Off & Act Like They Dont See Your Text , Whiling I’m Texting This I’m Still Outside Trying To Get The Car Turned Back On , Been Stuxk For 14hours Now

Their cars are horrible and they are not responsive to your needs to earn money. I am contacting BBB & an attorney! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
