GM Outlet Parts

These guys don't deserve a star. They lack communication skills, make excuses for not being able to fulfill parts ordered. They cause delays on customer vehicle repairs. They do not know the meaning of explanation, let me check on the delay or much less a goodfaith apology. However, they are quick at asking if customer wants money back a shift of irresponsibility as a vendor lacking integrity on why customers surf through their website fir parts to use not to store. I actually ordered from Amazon and Ebay and they are much faster to deliver. So disappointed on the service.

This vendor is a scam. I ordered a few gm parts recently. Did not ship my items at all. Provided a fake contact number to paypal. When I tried to call to get a refund, it sent me to a survey line for spam. Had to file a paypal claim before finally receiving a message that my order would be refunded. Took over a week just for them to respond. Buyer beware.

I've been a customer for years. Always quick to communicate if there is a backorder and responsive. Good prices on parts and always get the right items and quantity. Only had an issue one time and it was GMs fault. The team went above and beyond to make sure my defective part was replaced even after they received several more defects from GM. They were persistent to make it right. Good people.

No communications. The phone number alone will not go through to the business. I ordered a part from them and have not heard from them in five days. I paid $27 for express 2 day shipping that has not even been sent out yet. I have spent hours on hold with the parent company Ed Rinke Buick Chevrolet GMC waiting on assistance that never comes. I hope this helps others in their decision on parts they need and pay a rush on. Update: I’m now on day 7 and no communication from anyone except the administrator of their Facebook page. Poor service!

The pricing was not mentioned including custom duties, ended up paying way more than would have paid in canada.
