Search engine was familiar to me for GM online parts ordering, so that’s good. They had the heated seat element I needed with a reasonably discounted price over Retail. Shipping was next business day and delivered within 3 days of ordering, so my vehicle had minimal downtime for the repair. Part was well protected and undamaged. Very pleasant and prompt experience from a GM parts dealer. A breath of fresh air, thanks guys! Now, if you can just get the price down on a new seat adjuster assembly… Footnote for the DIY’ers: The OLD heated seat element in the photo with a burn mark on it ohms out at 5.597 ohms. The NEW element ohm reading is 4.496. The one ohm increase in resistance is enough to cause problems!

Steve Bluhm & Daniel Fernandez were both amazing. I have a 2019 GMC terrain and I had a piece break on my SUV. I ordered off their website and not only did I get a confirmation email. I was informed one of the pieces was not in stock so I changed my order. They shipped out the item the next day and it showed up the following day. It’s perfect. Not only that I was able to call and talk to the person who sent me the email . He ordered me a piece that was the right piece when I had originally ordered the wrong piece. He was super personable & picked up on the phone on the 1st ring. I originally went to a different website to order a piece, but it took over three weeks and then they said 10 more days and it was another two weeks so I canceled the order. I received my hitch. Box damaged in shipment. With return labels from someone else. The hitch is in good condition. Caution spiders hitched a ride. They could have removed the return labels.

I had plenty of questions and I was given an answer for every single one. This was my first time buying parts off an external website for my very first truck. I didn’t know if it was a scam or real but they insured me that it was 100% real. I was skeptical in the beginning but now $1,300 later I’ll be on my way 7 hours away to pick up my brand new dashboard. I have to say amazing customer service and very professional.

I was okay with the 1.5wk delay even though it said in stock. I’m however not okay with their shipping practices. These are metal gaskets that are supposed to remain flat. They bent the intake gasket and card to fit in a used Amazon box that was too small to even fit the gasket on the cardboard card. I’ve reached out and asked before, received nothing in reply even with pictures sent. I hate to say it, but I will not be doing business with this company again.
