So I brought my 2022 gmc sierra to this dealership to have some work done to it. They jumped on it within a few days. I cant remember the guys name bc it was hard to say lol but was something like poloski. anyways they did an outstanding job. No questions asked. If im ever passing thru this will definitely be my go to dealership. Yall have earned my trust and thank you all for getting me back on the road safely
I went in looking to purchase a 3500 Denali Ultimate and they did not have any. Sales told me, "Good luck finding one, no one has them." I called GMC customer service and within 1 hour, they had a brand new 3500 Denali Ultimate on its way to Knoxville for me. Rusty Wallace lost a sale because they don't want to help customers. They lost my business.
Super helpful service department and great staff all-around. Fully recommended.
Got my Cadillac serviced there and just found out they are no longer a Cadillac dealer.
Have to add fuel when you pay allot of money to them to fix your vehicle!
