GO Car Wash

I want to give a shout out to Collin at the Hamburg location for quick reaction when I was in the washing bay had a woman in front of me at the end while drying the woman thought it would be a good idea to jump the conveyor buoys i pressed my horn and got Collin to stop the conveyor and he came to my window and check to see everything was ok. Taras Vdovyuk is the site manager there great work on this crew you have 👍👍

I’m in line rushing to get my car washed when I noticed I left my wallet at home . Dominic and the Go Team were so courteous enough to let me through FOR FREE. I couldn’t believe it ! This just shows it’s not about the money for them and they truly value their customers ! Thank you so much to you guys , May God bless each and every one of you !

I have a monthly pass. The car gets pretty clean. Most of the employees are nice. One guy that is always on the line is super rude when directing cars to pull forward. The vacuums are not consistently running during winter. They had the hoses pulled half the winter and when I inquired as to why, one of the employees mentioned its because their plow service hasn't been consistent. For $25 a month, thats half the reason I have a subscription (I have a dog that rides along and I like to vacuum at least once per week). Hopefully they figure that issue out next winter otherwise its not worth the price to me.

If you’re looking for a quality car wash experience with reasonable prices and excellent customer service, Go Car Wash in Hamburg is the place to GO! I wasn’t sure which wash to pick at first but Dominic was extremely helpful and nice. My car came out looking newer than when it rolled off the production line. Thanks Dominic and team!

Worst Go Car Wash in the area! This place is never open when it's supposed to be. I'm sick of driving there to find it closed. Sunday, I pulled in at 5:42pm...Closed. However, they say they close at 6:00pm. Six other cars turned around with me in the lot. Was closed constantly due to cold weather recently. Was closed for a week a few months ago for repairs. I haven't gotten any refund for my subscription due to all these closings. Brushes on the passenger side barely touch my truck leaving it dirty. My car is still soaked when it leaves the tunnel. The workers are so disengaged, they just barely spray water on your car as you go into the tunnel while they stare off into space. Oh, and the kiosk's you pull up to are constantly malfunctioning.
