GO Car Wash

Used the service for the first time on 2-12-26 used again on 2-13-26 and noticed very big scratches . Made an incident report. District manager met with me on 2-19-26 to review video after stating the damages were there prior to 2-13-26.. asked to see footage from 2-12-26- refused and stated he didn’t have the footage. Damages were not there prior to using this service for the first time on 2-12-26. Asked for their insurance holder refused to give it to me. Made a police report.

I love coming to this car wash. The team here is always so friendly and welcoming (shoutout to Joel today!) and they do a great job of keeping the line moving even on the busiest days. Fresh towels are always available and the guys walk through regularly to make sure supplies are stocked.

I think I paid about $22 for 2 months of unlimited car washes. They put a sticker on my window and now I can just pull in and it opens automatically for me to pull into the car wash. I can go as much as I want in my company van. And I'm definitely going to get this package for my personal vehicle as well. I love it thank you go wash. And they also have free vacuums. The gentleman that spray you off before you go into the car wash make sure to get you really good

There are a couple of employees that are the most exceptional individuals. No matter if it’s blazing hot or below freezing temperatures, we are greeted with a smile, they make my children laugh as they spray the windows with the hose and wave at them. Truly wonderful customer service. I don’t know their names but there are 2-3 men that are just phenomenal. Thank you for always treating your customers with care and respect

I enjoy using GO car wash, however the location in Marcy NY is a retrofit of an old car wash. There is No others in the area and they are urgently needed. The lines are long and the facility is not as nice and does not contain as many brushes as the newer built facilities in other localities. Please build more in the Utica area.
