GO Car Wash

Just paid for premiere wash my car got stuck and I heard a loud noise probably damaged my tires, the light that indicate go didn’t go off and my car started rolling I almost hit the curb when I asked for the manager the same person that helped me said he was the manager and said go somewhere else and refused to help me this place isn’t safe disrespectful and rude needs to shut down asap. I pulled up the owners info hoping they see what risk these employees are and the kind of service they provide, 11995 EL CAMINO REAL SAN DIEGO, CA 92130

I experienced some confusion with my membership, and David and Miguel exceeded my expectations in resolving it. Their customer service and professionalism were exceptional. I absolutely appreciate their help. This carwash delivers both great cleaning and outstanding service. Definitely recommend!

Worker with the long hair, name is David as well, was really helpful in choosing what wash was best and extremely helpful. He showed me how and what to do next time to just drive in and the machine scan and head right in no hassle! Will for sure be using the membership!

I wanted Kalea to be recognized for her hard work and attentiveness. Her energy and personality were amazing. She was on top of everything from the start of the wash, even making sure we had clean towels to dry. Service like this makes it appealing and encourages us to come back.

Go!….TO ANOTHER CAR WASH!!!! Very, very upsetting experience. This isn’t my monthly car wash place, but I was in the area and needed a quick wash. BIG mistake. I picked the $15 wash. First, I don’t like how the machine grabs the tire to pull your car through the wash. 2nd, not all the brushes were spinning, so I received a subpar wash. 3rd, the dryer roll at the end only drys the front of the car and stops right after the windshield. Unfortunately, I had to get out and dry my car because it was DRIPPING wet! (I don’t have to do this at Suds Brothers because they blow the air at the end to get all the water AND use the drying brush over the WHOLE car). Upon drying, I got even SADDER…the car wash did NOT wash the back side of my car! Thankfully, there was enough water left on my car, so I
