GO Car Wash

The brushes always do a crap job. It leaves massive streaks on the tailgate. Never gets the running boards clean. And the blowers do not remove water so it always leaves spots. There used to be a day when there were two service people at the entrance. Now is only one guy spraying one side of the vehicle with soap.. Why not provide better service whether they take a brush and hit the running boards

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was the only car here, so it clearly wasn’t busy, yet there were no towels available. On the rare occasions when towels are out, they usually smell terrible and can’t be used. The vacuums are constantly breaking or falling apart, and every time I leave this place, the entire back of my car is filthy. I’ve been a member for five years, and I always end up having to wash the back of my car myself. This location needs serious attention. Update: I've gone back to the car wash it's now been 2 weeks. The guy at the service desk was very polite and nice l, I didn't use the vacuums or towels. But the problem is the back of my car is still filthy. I go for a car wash so I would like my car to be washed, the whole thing!

Isaiah is the best. He told me everything I needed to know, extremely knowledgeable and very kind all the while considerate. He treated me with respect and also my vehicle as it were his own. Very good customer service here, you all have a solid team 👏 I really feel at home here taking extra tender loving care of my new 2025 vehicle. The only thing I would suggest is additional rubber mat cleaning area then you would have me as a customer for life 👌

Although the guy at the window was nice they closed as soon as i got through so i couldn’t ask about why the water didn’t hit as hard for the driver side, i brought the car in completely miserable after a day if being under a tree and it still looks the same, its cheap but i wasted 11 bucks for a slight passenger wash.

Hands down the worst car wash in Olathe. I just paid $16.00 and was assured they would spray the back of the car as numerous times I have left with the back of the car completely dirty. Once again was assured they would, once again watched them not but figured I would use a towel to clean it. No towels, had to move to even find a vacuum that worked, gave up went home and have spent the last half hour trying to get the mess of the back of my car. I have always been loyal to this car wash in spite of everyone I know talking about how awful it is .....going forward in spite of where I have to drive I will take my business elsewhere. This is exactly why I cancelled my membership here.
