GO Car Wash

I bought the membership specifically for the touchless option. Used it one time and then it was closed for two days straight. I called and asked if it was going to be opened. The guy on the phone acted like it was my fault. Told me they can’t open it because it’s not heated like I was supposed to know that. I then emailed the location and “Robert” told me it would be open today because it was in the 50’s. Well I went over on my break because of that assurance and it was closed again for the 3rd day in a row despite the email.

I went through the Touch less car wash. I was very disappointed, very low water pressure my car was still dirty when it came out. I didn’t recognize the 2 cars in front of me and a lady had to come correct it with a controller, such a horrible attitude. It didn’t read my car when it was my turn. Once my wash ended it didn’t recognize the car behind me all I could hear was the inpatient lady employee yelling Go Go Go get out. All other Go car wash people are always friendly. I wasn’t going to post anything but once I’ve read your previous comments it shows that this lady keeps running your business.

Paid full price for a car wash today only to find out once I pulled into the vacuum area that most of the vacuums weren't working. Woman that worked there shouted at me that it "wasn't her fault" that there was snow on the ground. There was no snow in the vacuum bays!! I'm seriously annoyed that they didn't warn customers BEFORE paying that they would not be able to vacuum their cars, which is part of what you get when you pay the fee. The cart with towels and glass-cleaner spray bottles was also nowhere to be found. There was snow on the ground today, but the sun was shining brilliantly and the snow was melting rapidly. No excuses. I've been going here ever since it used to be Peterson's, but today was the last time. Also: Why do they record your license plate every time you come here? Cr

Super friendly people. Always smiling, even if it’s 20 below or 100 degrees outside. Lot is always clan and fully stocked with cleaning supplies.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes your employee started letting cars cut it line. Since you don’t care about your customers I don’t care about whether you stay in business or not. I drove off without a car wash, but having had my truck scratched at your Stephen City location I am better off not letting you wash the car.
