Go-Green Smog

I came here and pulled up next to the shed because that is how most smog test places run around here. I assume the car parked in the parking spot right next to the hut was likely the owner. About a minute later, the owner comes out and starts yelling at me for parking behind the vehicle. I did not realize it was another customer who was still waiting. I told him that’s fine I can move. I did not realize it was a customer, but he kept wanting to be ugly and disrespectful to me. He then asked what did I want and I said a smog test and he goes well then move your car. I said I will move my car to another place and he lost my business.

I chose this place due to the affect of COVID on DMV services and at this point, I will choose to go through them rather than the DMV in the future. I was there for maybe ten minutes and the service was incredible! I will have my new plates by tomorrow, on a Saturday and was able to get this done without a line or wait at all! I’m recommending to any and everyone with smog and registration needs!

I made the mistake of choosing this kiosk to get a smog check, never will again. I had to laugh to keep from getting angry with how amazingly rude this guy is. All I tried to do was politely ask this guy a question about my registration and he didn’t want to hear it. He proceeded to conduct a smog check and explained that I had failed the test and the codes as if I was bothering him. If I knew someone was going to be like this I would have gone anywhere else. If he was having a bad day or whatever the case may be, I don’t believe treating someone that is frequenting your place of business as a nuisance is becoming of an individual attempting to run a successful operation.
