I just wanted to thank you for the excellent customer service. Hertz delivered a vehicle that looked as though it was in an accident! GoRentals brought a vehicle in 5 minutes. Chris also closed the door for me after I entered the vehicle. I was catching a flight out of Sea-Tac and Chris actually offered to drop me off. That's customer service! Clean cars and excellent customer service seem to be lacking, especially since the pandemic. GoRentals is breath of fresh air.
