Worst manufacturer for customer service. They knowingly (admitted on the phone) sent out spring isolators that were the wrong size leaving me unable to finish the installation and then telling me to modify the rubber isolators myself. Also, their spring rates and ride quality on coilovers is one of the worst I’ve experienced.
Terrible customer service and refused to replace a part that was universal. Claimed i bought the wrong end link when it clearly says universal. U can’t buy something wrong that says universal. Also tell me that I should have bought a extension, how could I have known that if it doesn’t say anything on the discretion on the end links .👎
