I will say they are friendly. When I got there to have the car looked at, it had a thermostat housing leak and a starting problem. The starting issue was dismissed and I was sent on my way until I could get an appointment, literally 15 minutes later, the car wouldnt crank and I was stuck, broken down with my two babies. Had it towed to them. Took them a few days to get to, which I understood. I picked up the car 2 weeks later and it started blowing antifreeze everywhere. They towed it back at their cost. I was then advised it had blown a radiator hose! I knew at that point the car was building pressure, indicating a cracked head or a blown headgasket. I told them to pressure check it after the hose was replaced. 2 days later I get a call that its good to go and that they had pressure check

These fellas come thru for me every time, I showed up today short notice near the end of the day at that needing a tire changed so I could get to a wedding and they squeezed me in and got everything took care of for me. Thank u guys. Good people and good service, very fair prices.

Goff Tire made time to help my wife. Their extra effort and expertise enabled us to safely get to Nashville for surgery. Like a smile at a stranger; one never realizes how important it can be!

Goff's Auto Care provides excellent service. They explain what needs to be done. They go out of their way to be accommodating. They give you a time estimate and are reasonable with pricing. They are knowledgeable and experienced. It's a great place to service a car.

Nice people and friendly, however they replaced my wheel bearing and it went bad again after exactly 2 months. I knew there was a problem because there was a noise in my car but didn't think it would be the exact same problem again, so I went to a different mechanic that was closer to where I was at the time and because Goff doesn't do repair work on Saturdays and that's my only day off now. Brought them the receipts afterwards but Goff wouldn't refund me for the work, said I should have come back to them to do it again. Said they would give some kind of discount next time I come but I doubt it will account for the over $200 I spent. Not sure I want to have anything else done there anyway since it wasn't done well.
