Don't buy tools from here they will not replace the ones with lifetime warranty that break.
Very helpful staff. The man behind the counter went above and beyond to help us get the parts we needed and the tools to fix it. This Carquest Auto Parts is the BEST AUTO SHOP EVER. Our van broke down while on vacation, so we were stranded and all the garages were closed for miles.We got to this store not expecting them to have the part or to be able to help us, but we were pleasantly surprised to find and they had everything we needed to get back on the road! The manager Dave was extremely helpful and unbelievably kind. Dave was very knowledgeable, helped us get everything we needed, and we were back on the road in record time. This Carquest store, the manager Dave, and the kindness of the people of Gold Beach completely saved our vacation.
My family and I were on vacation when we had a check engine light go on. I was absolutely amazed at how above and be on Justin and his coworkers did at helping get our Problems taken care of. They went above and beyond and were very honest in their dealings I would highly recommend!!
