Gold Medal Carwash

The manual car wash bays were filthy and half of the selections didn't even work. Couldn't even wax my car! Then went through the automatic wash bay to get the wax that apparently was nonexistent throughout the entire property. I got the best wash option available because it included like 12 different upgrades. However, the machine passed over my car with water, soap, and a rinse. Then did a half-assed job with the dryer. What a joke! I can't believe how much this car wash rips people off!! Also, they only accept quarters, dollar bills, five dollar bills, or a card and have no way of exchanging currency for smaller bills... The vending machine for cleaning products was bone dry and the vacuums were useless. I would have been better off sucking my carpets clean with a bendy straw. DONT WAST

Stay away! Swiped card to wash. It says you can add more time by pushing the button. Worked the first time, the next time button would add no more time. I had to swipe credit card again. Put a dollar bill in machine for quarters, it spit bill out after 2 minutes. I tried the other bill slot. No quarters and it kept the bill. So now my car is unvacuumed. Now I'm angry!

2/2/26.I just called the Gold Medal number with no pick-up or ability to leave a message. Awful experience today. Drive-thru was too crowded, so I went into an individual stall. First one wasn't operating. Second one took my money, but wouldn't change from rinse to soap. Did another try...only got rinse, so my car is filthy. Terrible.

The arm for soap in the automatic car wash was broken. Couldn't call to get my money back because the listed phone number is out of service. How do you not have any contact information listed for your business. Not going to return. Waste out money

Used the automatic touchless car wash on 11/1/2025 and purchased the highest wash at $14. Partway through the triple foam dispensing, the arm broke and thunked against the rear of my Jeep. I immediately pulled out and moved to the manual wash bay where I spent an additional $4 to finish the wash & rinse of my Jeep. I did call the listed number to report the issue, and the line disconnected before I could leave a message.
