I CALLED ON THEIR AVAILABILITY WHEN A STRANGER BREAKS MY VEHICLE WINDOW WHILE AT WORK GOT A CALL BACK AND; WAS OFFERED AT WORK SERVICES AT MY EARLIEST CONVENIENCE ASKED IF I COULD SPLIT THE AMOUNT OVER A THREE DAY PERIOD ANSWER WAS YES I NOTICED AS I SAT IN MY PASSENGER SET AS THEY REPLACED IT THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF REPLACING PARTS WAS FORMIDABLE AND Advanced EVENTUALLY I GRASP THE AMOUNT AND THE WINDOW BROUGHT TO ME WAS VERY BRAND NEW; TOOK ALL BUT 45 MINUTES AND IN THE COMFORT OF MY HOME PARKING LOT Amount paid was very REASONABLE AFFORDABLE and the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of how much TOOLS needed to replace was observed I'm on the very north side of town and traffic gets hectic in the afternoon I WAS TAKEN CARE OF WITH EXCELLENT INTERACTION

I was hesitant to deal with yet another person on the phone who treated me like I was wasting their time by asking questions about having them replace the windshield on my husband’s car. But from the minute Jose from Gold Star answered my call it was a good experience. He answered all of my questions, some of them more than once…and he provided me a quote with the option of the windshield being replaced at my home or at their location for a lesser fee.
