First off I live 3hrs from Golden Motors Group. I found a truck I fell in love with on their website and contacted Wes. He took the time to answer any questions I had and sent me multiple pictures of the truck and receipts of anything that needed to be done. Just the conversation with Wes made me confident enough that I didnt need to drive 3hrs just to look at the truck and then have to come all the way back to purchase. I drove over the next day and came home with the truck. The whole process was seamless, professional and laid back. Very ignorant and unwilling to be of any sort of assistance. Said “I don’t get what the purpose of this is” as I am actively calling in asking for prices. You don’t effectually advertise a single vehicle beyond going directly to the website. It’s beyond me why you’d also have poor attitudes when a customer is trying to find a vehicle. You either do or do not sell vehicles.
