Golden Nozzle Car Wash

My car was damaged in this car wash. I submitted a claim, supplied pictures, and a video. The damage is in a specific area in a line like fashion synonymous with car wash damage with no other way this could actually occur. I had been a customer for 5 years or more on and off at multiple locations. I will now not be and ensure my social media following, friends, family are aware of how this company cannot hold theirselves accountable. It is really unfortunate. I really hope they reach back out and try to make this right but i doubt they will . What a terrible business

Tried out the new car wash and it did a great job getting my car really clean. They also offer cost-effective monthly plans, which is a big plus, and the free vacuums are super convenient. The only issue I noticed was with the tire shine it didn’t go on evenly and ended up splattering on the paint. Other than that, it’s a great wash overall and I’ll definitely be back.

Bought a monthly pass, every time I've gone there besides once I've had issues getting everything scanned in for the monthly pass I tried canceling it twice online wouldn't allow me to cancel it they're continuing to charge me. I also called the customer support phone number and tried to cancel and no one picked up and had me leave a voicemail. I know this isn't a Touchless Car Wash but I've had multiple emblems ripped off my vehicle as well as a few other damages including my exhaust. I paid for the upgraded membership so I can get the underbody washed on the vehicle and every time I go through there's clearly still salt left on the frame I would highly suggest going to a touchless car wash it probably cost the same for a monthly pass would not recommend this company at all

Great car wash cheap options and expensive ones as well. Comes with a free vacuuming and even free to use needle air blower on every vacuum. Would recommend.

Finally, an excellent place to wash my cars. Super fast and at an exceptional price. Everything is very easy and affordable, plus the vacuum cleaner is super strong.
