Golden Nozzle Car Wash

Been coming here religiously since they opened but will never return after today. A very tiny short angry man was directing us into the wash. I know they have to yell for you to hear them but his tone was so nasty and aggressive. He yelled at us to hurry up as we slowly drove into the wash to be safe. We were the only car there. Additionally, my fiance had already put the car in neutral as directed, and the belt malfunctioned and our car jiggled out of the conveyor for one moment. He screamed at us again “NEUTRAL NO BREAKS, YOU NEED TO LISTEN!!” It was so unprofessional and rude. Our car literally was already in neutral and we were following his directions. This is a very specific review mostly for toddler parents. If your child does not like the car wash (or you don’t know if they like it or not) and you actually want your car clean, this may not be the place for you. They can offer you a free rewash but that’s not going to make your toddler any happier. They also cannot turn on the self wash for you or offer a refund. On the plus side, all of the on site employees were so sweet. They seemed frustrated that they couldn’t help me.

Super fast service and reliable! I would recommend getting the monthly service, unlimited car washes. Will save you tons of money and keep your car clean. There are tons of locations that you can use as well. This location on Lisbon St, works fine it has all the standard things. The dryers don’t work super well and can leave a decent amount of water. It has three self wash stations that are available. However, the vacuum stations either don’t work or have very little suction. The location on Sabbatus St is very new and has the latest car washing equipment, among other things. I would recommend using that one whenever possible.

All locations should have a great manager like Seth. Recently he helped me manage my account and I was extremely happy! He is a hard worker with a smile 😊

I love this car wash. Always friendly. This place is always clean. Manager is great there.
