Just got my new car today and honestly the whole experience was amazing! Everything was super easy, stress-free, and actually fun! Raimond and Abi were both awesome — so genuine and helpful the entire time. You can tell they really care about their customers and want to make sure you’re happy. Definitely a place you can trust. I purchased a 2015 Lexus back in August. I saw the car on line and contacted them. Pedro was cordial and sent me pictures, a video and answered my questions. I finally went to see it and decided to get it. I noticed a couple of things that needed some attention. I also asked what else is wrong with it? We did the paperwork and he agreed to deliver it to me the following week. Which he did. After driving it for a couple of days I noticed a slight noise. Decided to have the Lexus dealer give the car the once over to find out everything. Contacted Golden State and was told they'd get back to me. I got ghosted. Sent text messages. Was told, I'll get back to you. Got ghosted some more. Became frustrated with Pedro as he was not returning calls or texts. Decided to drop in on a Saturday. Surpris

Pedro took good care of me as I purchased my first auto out of state. He helped me with every step. I would recommend Golden State Auto to anyone. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased a low mileage BMW from them back in November. I paid cash (no financing) and purchased a 3yr unlimited mile warranty. Everything went smoothly, but after 2 1/2 months I had not received the title or updated registration. So I called them and was told that they have 3 months to process it, just be patient. It's been 3 months as of today, I just went online and discovered that it has not been received by DMV as of today. Not real happy because I keep getting pulled over by the police, due to expired registration. (That I already paid the dealer for). DMV should have been given the paperwork within 7 days. And since it was an all cash deal, there is nothing that could justify any type of delay. Makes me a bit nervous that the warranty info might not have been processed yet, as

Pedro was extremely helpful to us from start to finish. We looked at a few vehicles and finally settled on the one we wanted to take home. While we did not finance through them he did give us the options that would be available to us. They have a LARGE inventory of many makes and models so you’re sure to find something you like!
