Talk to lady from office in the afternoon she stated she had a 2008 Silverado transmission with 145000 in Merced for $500 I drive there man what crazy experience everybody driving a forklift like crazy drivers ripping cars apart ignoring customers and by the time they acknowledge your there they worker said they sold the transmission for 800 and that they don’t have it in stock to go to Turlock to be honest I don’t trust there business they look like there buying cars not running and guessing the mileage and if they even run go look for your self it’s a crazy place buyers beware

What a joke, no one speaker english, hard to get parts and the wait time is worse than the DMV.

I called on Saturday 10-26-24 for a dodge dakota 2005 they said they had the part and they even posted the pictures of the truck on facebook marketplace. I also live 2 hours away and I came today at 10-28-24 and they told me that ig they didnt have the truck they didnt have any at all so i told her they told me they had it thats why I came. The lady spoke spanish and the other lady spoke English and the lady who spoke spanish said the new secretary answered me and I guess Saturday was her first day like bro really made me waste my gas and two hours. And when i got there i also told her i needed to get a part for the truck and she said yeah go check. So instead of wasting my time looking around i could've looked around for more junkyards and made calls to see if anyone had the part .

guy name jr you should not be working in helping customers he hung up on me he should be cleaning the toilets in the back not helping or talking to customers. i drove 6hrs to pick up a engine they charge me a 100 deposit the day before and i get there and the engine is wrong. i ask for vin number and they did not have it ask for a picture of the engine they could not provide it i ask for all this a day before picking up the part just to make sure it was the correct part because i know they are two different engines, this marrons sale part's and they do not know that shocking! on top all that i get to talk to lord JR who thinks he can do whatever he wishes NEVER WASTED YOURE TIME HERE. and never talk to a guy name JR he is just plain disrespectful. NEGATIVE STARS!!
