Bought a new 2022 COACHMEN FREEDOM EXPRESS ULTRA LITE 275BHS. They had a sale and best price within 500 miles of us. Our camper came with a GE air conditioner from the factory. Now finding they are having problems with these units leaking coolant, we are on our 3rd one. Not the dealers fault by no means. Both times we have had the unit replaced the dealership was very responsive and worked quick to swap out the ac unit under warranty. Everyone is very respectable and they made every attempt to save our July 4th vacation plans. Thank y’all so much.

Absolutely amazing people. I could not find a snatch brake cable anywhere and the man dug one out and gave it to me free of charge. Saved me from being stranded. Amazing people and will definitely be buying a camper from them in the future.

I bought an RV from New World and I’ve been trying to get a leak fixed in my trailer for a while now my warranty is up in June, I don’t know if anybody else has to call as many times as I do, but there’s always an excuse for the service man Adam , he is outside or he’s not there. I’m getting sick of having to call to try to get my stuff fixed. I told Adam the slide out in my bedroom is leaking hasn’t even checked that and I need my trim for my sliding glass door. I’ve told him about numerous times. Charged me $300 to move it 2 miles .. Update, they finally came and got my Trailer they have had it for a week and still has not started anything on my trailer. I went to check on the status today. They haven’t heard from Catalina. I am tired of being lied to . Anyone on here know a good atto

Great service excellent RV’S good approvals. Timm goes above and beyond to help you as much possible Jeremiah also is a really good person. Im so happy starting to achieve my goals and wit out the help of Golden Triangle i would've not accomplished my gol.

Disgusting, disappointing lack of knowledge and stay far away !! 30k for a peice of garbage got a warranty but yet nothing is ever covered imagine that went 2 months without a hot water heater because the idiots forgot to order it then I call the warranty place and wow it gets delivered in 2 days and while still covered under warranty I had to install it staff is rude and nasty I honestly wish I would have gone to blue compass or anyone but them Brand new camper !! Kids bunk broke,shower pan broke ,Bluetooth speakers no longer work vents bend easily sound bar doesn't work and hot water heater broke and this is a new camper lol save your money and go elsewhere please !!!
