Incredible customer service, we had a flat tire and they immediately dropped everything they were doing to help us out. We need more places like Golden West Tire Center. Big thanks to Jose, John, and Marcos, we will definitely be returning.

People are gonna think this review is fake but whatever haha. John and Marcos treated me LIKE FAMILY! I came in for some wheel installations and an alignment, and the team took care of me. I ask a ton of questions and these guys were so patient with me. We usually hear of BAD experience from tire centers, so when these guys treated me with kindness I just had to write a review. Been A loyal customer for 27 years, since I was 16. I dont even live in orange county and I still go there. Golden West has replaced tires, changed oil, replaced timing chain, tuned my carburetor, brakes, swapped my rear axle, and seems to he the only tire shop I can find that can do an alignment on a Dually Truck. John is as OG as they come. Insuder tip, Bring Cash.

The best tire shop ive ever been to in awhile! Americas tire was saying itll take a day and $75 to patch a tire. So i went across the street to Golden west tire. Got it fixed in less than 15 minutes. And hooked me up. Service was awesome. They treat you like family. Definitely will be bringing all my cars here in the future.
