Have an O/D flashing light on my 80-series landcruiser. I spoke to front desk person asking for the price of dropping the pan and checking the ohms on the solenoids (what a Land Cruiser specialty shop recommended checking based on codes and symptoms AND another local mechanic who saw the vehicle) The other transmission shop gave me a price for that hypothetical yet Jerry couldn’t saying it’s complicated and the diagnostic fee of $150 only includes him driving around the block. my two cents: This shop doesn’t want to work with people who are mechanically inclined because they can’t screw you over. Don’t work with the shop that doesn’t want to be transparent with you. SCAM

The mechanics who work there are highly skilled and professional!!! Gavin is amazing at customer service.

Amazing people to work with, Jerry was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my question on the repair, They got the vehicle done in a timely manner and followed up with emails when needed, I think this a honest repair shop and a hidden gem, Thanks

Months ago my son went to this shop they charge him like $2,000 dollars they didn’t do what they supposed to do the even broke something els, These people lie about the service, is the worse …….
