Started out great but went downhill fast. Called them for roadside assistance, a guy picked up and told me to text them. I admit they were pretty efficient with the instructions, that is, until they decided to ask me to send them a picture of my ID. I told them that I wasn't comfortable sending my sensitive personal information to which he replied the driver will take a picture of my ID upon arrival anyhow, citing credit card fraud. That was fine with me, but apparently it was a bluff. I also offered to pay the rest in cash if they prefer. He responded curtly that he's refunding the deposit (paid over text) and referring me to other companies. I was shocked and tried calling them again to reiterate that I was flexible with payment methods but they stopped picking up. I asked if it would

I had a tire blow out on 76 westbound I called Goldmans tire service they were able to come out and repair my tire in a timely manner. They did a fast and good job. The price was very reasonable for being stuck in the snow. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a tire repair shop. I was stuck on the highway with two flats. When they arrived to the scene we found out I had a cracked rim as well. Not only did the source a new rim for me but they went to pick it up and came back to change everything all at once. Very professional, helpful and responsive. 11/10 hands down will be having them in speed dial for future services.

I caught a flat on the way to a job on my work truck and was I need of someone to replace my tire with the quickness. I called several companies but some said they wouldnt come fix my tire on the side of the highway. The other companies wanted about 1000$ to do it. I called and spoke with Ty. He showed up within the Hr and had the tire on in no time. He did great work at a good price. Thanks TY! I won’t use anyone else for roadside assistance.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Came relatively quickly, and was quick with changing my tire. They are super convenient and nice for helping me during this weather!
