They got me right in and took care of me quickly, and they were so busy. I am thankful. I went to 2 other shops in town 1st and was told no, at the 1st 1, the 2nd said, well if you leave it here we may be able to work it in sometime today. No hassle here. Thank you again.

I took my family vehicle here to have the timing chain replaced . They ended up calling me back and telling me the cam phasers and everything were bad . Due to the reviews I trusted their judgement and told them to go ahead and replace it all even though money was tight because my family relies on the vehicle . Once the repair was done the car made a power steering noise (it didn’t do it before) but I thought maybe it needed to prime . Many miles later it still made the noise but I went ahead and took it into my own hands because they did me so well . Well fast forward 15 thousand miles the car jumps time after paying this shop 3500$ to replace ALL TIMING AND TOP END CONPONENTS . Keep in mind I told them “I will spend the extra money use the best parts” and I do my own oil changes every 3k

Well had a bad transmission put in from another shop it was suppose to be a remanned one but it was not and golds auto (Mike) did the research and showed me I had been scammed! They are understanding and helpful and the best part, they do quality work and stand behind it! They will work with you and possibly save your bottom! Do yourself a favor and skip the headache of dealing with people who don’t care and go straight to Golds auto!

Very nice and helpful got everything explained about my vehicle the work was done vehicle is now driving very well. I will be back to get other things done on my vehicle.

We took my son's truck to be diagnosed because we thought it was the transmission. They gave us a quote and after they diagnosed it, the price was less than the quote! Then, we had them replace the transmission, and again, they came in under their quote. They were always quick to communicate and were quick to repair the truck. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
