My Fellow Americans, Today I have the extreme pleasure of introducing all of you well those in the at least in the Brownsville (33142) Hialeah (33010,33012) area to Goldscooters. They have a GREAT SALES TEAM, Very cordial and knows their business, They also have a great Mechanic who in less then 20 minutes installed my LOUD horn and changed my 150cc scooter oil. THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES AND EVEN IN BOARD FINANCING WITH OR WITHOUT A DOWN PAYMENT. But remember if you are living paycheck to paycheck, and Cant afford a car/truck right now a scooter 50cc or 150cc or more is the way to go. I went today to get the key for my scooter. On top of charging me for interest they charged me for the gps that was supposedly ruined because they put it next to the gas tank. The mechanic themselves told me that the reason was that the screws were loose. I only do my oil change and any services there. The guy in charge was honesty very rude and I went there multiple times to try and get my vin. They only speak Spanish and my Spanish isn't the best. It was honestly very hard . I don't recommend

If I could give zero stars I genuinely would… Recently had my bike stolen after gaining back possession of it chose to go to that shop in my neighborhood. I had the bike towed there to the shop and pushed it through the door myself. After being ignored for almost 10 minutes, a gentleman aggravated looked up at me for me to tell him what I was there for he looks at the bike for five blinks only to tell me it is junk… I asked him what would his estimate be to repair he said $300 mind you the bike cannot turn on therefore everything he’s judging is all superficially visual, but said they do not have the parts and would not have the parts for that bike, despite the fact that they sell the exact same bike and one was in the showroom as we were talking… Mind you this was not at closing time thi

Very racist establishment, no one speaks english, judge you by your appearance, price by appearance. The mechanic is never there when needed then over charged me,went to another shop and was charged the least price. Went back to them for a spark plug,the female at the desk looked at me weird while she was on the phone the whole time. I asked her for the spark plug,she didn't understand so I told her in spanish,she still didn't understand! I googled it,she said she didn't havei it(without budging to look just stayed on the phone. I've bought sparkplug at this location plenty of times.she FaceTimed the mechanic who's never there! Told me he don't have them.
