Gonzales Tire Service

I once gave this establishment a five star review because the service was second to none. But as the saying goes, one bad experience can tarnish the whole relationship. When Pedro worked at the shop and he ensured quality work, I recently bought not one, not two but three (3) tires from them and drive away thinking that once again, I had great service, Pedro has moved up in rank and quality has moved down. All 3 tires were dry rotted, one nearly blew out while I was on an interstate road trip. I still give them 3 stars because I trust Pedro's vision. But I won't be back.

Man I've been using Gonzalez tire service since the owner was a kid working for his dad putting tires on! This place is a port Arthur staple for tire service and the level of expansion it's had is no surprise with their consistent fair pricing and quality work! Definitely give these guys a shot next time you need some tires or some suspension work!
