absolutely saved our asses when we got a bubble in our tire during a 7 hour drive to key west. Danny helped us out so quickly, identified the issue and replaced the tire all within 20 minutes after multiple locations told us it would take a few days. On top of this, they let me curl my hair in their bathroom so we wouldn’t miss our dinner reservations. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Went to Gonzalez for an oil / filter change along with some light bulbs. It's nice that NAPA is close by. My car uses 5W40, a rarer oil which they purchased from NAPA in a jippy. I was not allowed in the shop due to "insurance" reasons. They have a nice waiting room however, with bathrooms & snack machines. I was in/out pretty quickly. Parking seems plenty but fills up.

I went in the other day for a service to be done on my vehicle. They lift it up, completely pushing out my fender and side skirt. it takes them 30 mins to even address the car. I bring it up to Jose whose the owner very politely. "hey, you're bending my fender can you please relift it" he catches an attitude as if it's car he's damaging. He continues with the job, giving attitude the entire time. I can hear him talking bad about me to the staff, I stay quiet. Not only does he charge me the most for the job, he over torqued the bolt completely ruining the bushing the bolt holds down. And to add insult to injury, he talks to me as if he's doing me a favor! Like he isn't being paid for his work. In the end I bring up his attitude towards customers to his staff and their response was "That's
