This place is great. My alternator was dead. Fortunately, I was able to make it to Gonzalez Brother’s Auto an hour before they closed on a Saturday afternoon. Luis was a saint and said he would replace it for me, even if he had to stay open later than usual. He made me feel like he really had my back and I drove out of there an hour or so after I dropped it off. I will definitely be going back if I need any additional work done.

I was on my way to Victorville to pick up my fiancé when I got a low tire pressure warning, so I had to get off in West Covina. Went to the gas station to add some air but I still had the warning on, so I searched up a mechanic, went there, and he was very nice; checked the air pressure, and reset the system I think? lol, I know nothing about cars, but thankful that I was able to get that fixed

Need better customer service have come 2 x same guy always says something to not do the job even a small tire pressure job machine always broke he's done it to another of people not only me
