Me and my wife were looking at different dealerships for a new heavy duty truck and ended up at good brother from a recommendation from a close friend. Right away we were greeted by Lauren who was very helpful. We ended up going with the 2500 and had a very smooth experience from the sales team to the manager jack and the technicians. I would highly recommend them.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Shortly after buying our car, we were informed it now needs a completely new engine. When we reached out to the dealership for help, we were met with little to no accountability. They refused to take the vehicle back and have provided no meaningful solution. What’s been even more frustrating than the mechanical failure is the complete lack of customer service. Calls go unanswered. Promises of follow-ups never happen. We’ve been left in limbo for months with no resolution and no clear communication. UPDATE: After speaking with the owner we came to a reasonable resolution. Tim is very nice and a pleasure to speak with. He is personable and understanding. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I bought a 2021 dodge ram truck from this dealership. We had the truck for 3 months and needed to replace the manifold system. Fast forward to 6 months later and the engine needed to be replaced due to oil in the coolant. It took 4 months and there was little to no communication unless almost harassed to get answers, they replaced the engine. We got the truck back FINALLY and less then a month later there was oil in the coolant again. We brought it back and it was diagnosed after being there for 2 months and they said it needed a new engine AGAIN. They asked if he was willing to trade
