In November or December I got a 2016 Ford Escape that I was so excited about due to my car being totaled and it just wasn’t a good car all around. I thought I had a great experience until I discovered some things wrong with the car I purchased. At first my heat wasn’t working and I reached out to inform them which they ended up taking care of. The battery also needed to be replaced which they took care of. I wanna say maybe a few days or so down the road I ended up having the exact same issue with my heat, the problem was it needed coolant but I had to keep putting coolant in it every two days. That day I was headed out to do some errands and I got a warning stating my car was overheating, I pulled over and called my mom for help and she even thought that it shouldn’t be happening as long
