Good Guys Garage

Called the shop and asked about getting oil pump replaced, tech stated they didn’t do that service. I received a call shortly later and was told that they definitely can do the service. I dropped my car off on Sunday after hours, nice having the key/overnight drop off. I had my car back in my possession in 2 days. Throughout the process I received calls with updates and received nothing but the best customer service!!! Will be back if anything is needed on my Jeep in the future.

James and his guys was great to deal with. Showed me a verity of tires and I choose the one I wanted could not be happier with them and the service. Did not try to push un needed sales. And had good conversation unlike most places trying to rush you out. Will definitely be back even just to visit you guys are great thanks again James fir time researching what I asked for n what we found. Frank Belcher

I was told by another establishment that I needed $2,500 worth of work done to my car. I called Good Guys this morning asked about getting four tires and alignment they took the time to explain to me the different tires and what was best for me, assured me that they would call If anything was broken or needed fixed. I got a call saying that my tires and alignment were done but it looked like I was due for an oil change had that done there as well, all in the same afternoon. The total was less than half of what I was previously quoted. Everyone there was super friendly, chatted with me, I didn't feel like I was a bother when asking questions. I live an hour away but, you can bet when I need anything done this will be my first stop! Thank you for doing a great job, fast and affordable!

Got me in quickly and did work quickly. They were nice enough. BUT, they called me after i was long gone to say they need to charge me more, can i come back. Are you kidding. I also immediately saw the steering wheel was aligned crookedly. He wanted an extra $100, but since he wasted my time and did poor work, i said i will give you $60. He got rude and said dont ever come back. I said as if i would ever come back the way you do business. He said we dont need your business cuz we have plenty of customers. Well, hopefully not as much as he might think.

Quick turnaround time from the initial call to when they could get me in. James (the owner) and John were great to work with and their pricing was very reasonable. I’ve taken my vehicles to Good Guys Garage on and off for nearly a decade and will continue to do so, as they operate with integrity and stand behind their work. Also, don’t forget to ask them about tires. I got better tires at a lower cost through them than I was looking at had I purchased tires through the Ford dealership I got my Escape from.
