This shop is amazing at what they do. Not the cheapest but if you take your repair to them they will fix it correctly as expected. Personally I have been more impressed with them than the dealership. I can’t say enough good about John and his service team.

I’d like to say that my family, from my father, mother, brother and sister having been coming to Good Hope Service for well over 20 years. They always treated you like family and remember your name at the door.These guys and gals, are very kind and exceptional in their work. I can’t endorse them enough. Honesty has always been their motto. Fair and consistently good. John has a great crew of technicians. I appreciate their work. Thank you again guys for everything you did with my wife car. This shop is Gold!! 5 star in every sense of the matter. Good hope is a name that describes them well! Management and staff all looked happy to be at work and assist each other to take care of those in need of car repair. My windshield wiper arm was not moving. They not only fixed the issue within 10min but added windshield wiper fluid. Best prices, service and quality care. 💯 This is the only mechanic I will go to from now on. Thank you so much for being my calm in the storm and taking such good care of me and my car.

I wish i could rate them 100x..Went for my Crankshaft sensor and coolant leak. EXCELLENT Customer service very professional and friendly and reasonably priced. Faye and John Assisted me. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Got my Crankshaft sensor and

November I got oil change and welding under vehicle done for about 400.00. January my vehicle has the same issue but worse air leak so bad I can barely drive so I come back after calling explaining how there work didn't last at less 60 days maybe it can be fixed or looked at again. They say there was no warranty placed on there working last visit I said ok. Now it seem as if they did work knowing I would have to come right back. Respectfully won't be back and there's more details however not worth it 80 oil change over 300.00 for welding that last 50 days.
