Good Life RV Webster City

Simply the best! We already knew what RV we wanted going into our relationship with Good Life RV, so we didn't need much persuading. Everyone we've worked with, including Ed (Sales), Nick (Finance), and Nate (Parts), has been exceptional. They didn't try and fleece us on the price, and have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. On the day of pickup, it was viciously windy, and my ball cap blew away. I'd written it off, but Nate from sales found it later on, washed it, and mailed it to me. A few days later, Nate emailed to let us know he'd found a rebate for a part we bought, along with a link to the rebate itself. Honestly the best experience we've had so far with service/repair to our RV!!! We had the unfortunate experience a couple weeks ago with another vehicle that was parked illegally and ended up causing damage to our rear most drivers side window. Good Life RV was so incredibly helpful with the whole replacement process!! We initially called them to see if they would cover the window hole while we waited for the replacement since it's getting chilly here and we are full time in our RV - they helped us cover it, same day, at no charge. They dealt with our insurance and with all the different parts that needed procurement and replacement (our back seal/corner took some minor damage as well) and kept us in the loop the whole time! Highly recommend Good Life in Webster City. Jonathon went above and beyond to help us. He even came in on his day off for us. Tom is excellent and really knows his stuff. He was pleasant and explained everything thoroughly. All the staff were great. No complaints at all.

Jonathan, our sales guy, was great! He sent walk-thru videos of campers we were interested in and was patient with us. He was honest and quick to respond. We did go with another dealership in another state for identical camper but at a very reduced rate…would’ve loved to have bought from Iowa but a $15k difference in exact identical units was too hard to pass up. Will be using these folks for warranty and after work.

From beginning to end we had nothing but amazing service at Good Life RV in Webster City. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful and made the whole process super easy and FUN.
