HONESTY - I have a trauma. Throughout my life I have taken my cars to mechanics who overcharged me. Those were bad experiences. Although I never returned to them, they left me with the feeling that I cannot trust mechanics and that they will always take advantage of me. The people at Good News Garage give me the feeling that they are treating me with respect and being fair and honest. I will come back.
