My mother lived at this location until she died at the beginning of January. This is a HUD facility which requires inspections yearly. HUD requires residents to keep their units clean or they are subject to eviction. My mother's health gradually deteriorated over the last two years and it significantly worsened in September. Her apartment was filthy. Dirty kitchenware was found sky high, rotten food was left out on counter tops, spilled punch was all over counter tops and the kitchen floor. Punch stains were on the carpeting. The bathroom had un-laundered clothing that smelled of urine. Trash had not been taken out in weeks, meaning there were dirty Poise pads in trash bags as well. Great place for Senior Citizens to live. Games, social interaction. Perfect for my mom.

Have lived in this independent living apartment home for 5 years and like it very much.

There are so many good people here ands they take such good care of them

Management is rude..and horrible. But my mom has a roof over her head!
