Teri is awesome. I brought in a Bobcat tire with a sheered off valve stem expecting to have to leave it and pick it up the next day. She made sure she had the replacement stem in stock and had it done while I waited. Thank you all so much!!!
We had been stranded all night with a van with no spare. AAA was pitiful, sent a wrecker at 8am, but when we were towed to Good Tire Service, the lady manning the desk moved us to up and got our 2 new tires on fast. She doesn’t know how much I appreciated her kindness & excellent customer service. We just moved to the area and I know that this is a great place to buy my next set of tires.
Amazing service. Fixed my debeaded tire on a Saturday morning and didn’t even charge me. Great people here.
Great Service and People there was nice to don’t forget best prices
Called and asked for 3 tires mounted and balanced. Said they could get me in, about 15 mins later I get there. Hey buddy it’ll be about an hour to an hour and a half till we could start on yours. “Okay can I come back in a hour or so to drop it off”? Yes that’s fine as long as no one comes and takes your spot. Okay so can I schedule for a hour or so. “Oh no we don’t schedule”… who needs to have a schedule at a garage..
